What kind of rap or poem?
You may create a rap, poem, or a song. If you learn through music or rhythm, this is for you.
Creating the rap or poem...
Pick one or more body systems of your choice. Next, you need to gather information about the body system(s).
Where are you going to find the information? You may use your textbook or the websites provided to gather information.
Decide how you want to put the information together. Rap? Poem? Song? If you want to put the words to music, you may use music in the background or Garage Band, for example.
Be creative! Make sure it has pertinent information in it. It should be long enough to include the information you would like to showcase!
The finished product...
You may type up the finished product, handwrite it, or record it. If you would like, you may even perform it!

If you feel like you know one body system and all of its parts really well, then this is the activity for you.
Drawing your diagram …
First you should choose a body system. Pick one that you either know really well and want to show off your knowledge, or one that you are having trouble with and need some extra practice.
Next, use a textbook, website, or other print source to draw a diagram of your selected body system.
Once your drawing is complete, you should label all parts of your diagram and give a brief description of what each part does.

Once you have drawn and labeled your diagram, place it into your Think-Tac-Toe folder to be graded by Ms. Perry.

A wordle is a tool to make a “word cloud.” It highlights key vocabulary in a fun and creative way. Wordles make a great tool to help yourself remember key vocabulary words!
Making a wordle …
To make your wordle, you will need to go to www.wordle.net and click on “create your own.”
From there, you will go to a page that says “paste text.” This is where you will enter all the key words that you know about body systems! Enter as MANY words as you can think of because the more words, the better the wordle!!
Click “go” when you are done entering your words. Then change around the color, layout, and font to make your wordle personal to you!
